The Slayer Standard has its own transformer. The Satellite requires power from a Slayer Standard unit.
Up to 3 Satellites can be linked to a Standard unit to provide protective barriers against biting insects.
The Slayer Standard has a suite of on-board features such as heat, moisture, spectrum light, UV LEDs, various coloured LEDs, trap casing in contrasting dark-light colors, sound, movement and safe 12 volt operation. For convenience the Slayer Standard can run off AC (mains power) or solar/battery (DC power).
The trap is designed to accommodate a choice of lures. Lures can include CO2, octenol and lactic acid. This allows the trap to be configured to target specific species.
The Standard model can easily be upgraded to an efficient and economical gas trap (carbon dioxide/CO2) by fitting a proprietary gas regular hose that extends longevity of any size bottle of CO2. The Slayer Standard is an ideal biting fly trap for residential and smaller serviced commercial areas.
